Associate Advisor
- Financial Planning
- Accurate data entry utilizing Financial Planning/Investment Software
- Support partners by creating presentations and materials for business development meetings (Retirement, Education, Survivor Needs etc.)
- Draft financial plans for review with client
- Client deliverable generation
- Client Meeting Preparation/Follow up
- Prepare applicable parts for review meeting items for current clients
- Prepare necessary documents for new client initial/presentation meetings
- Facilitating the oversight of money movement/transfers via ACAT, rollover paperwork
- Implement action items after client meetings
- Summary Letters
- Client Relationship Management/Service
- Attend meetings with partners and take responsibility for follow-up tasks
- Address basic client requests and questions
- Provide basic client facing advice
- Assist staff in facilitation of new business applications processing
- Development of relationships with clients
- Maintain information in the CRM system
- Investment Management & Implementation
- Investment Committee Responsibilities
- Mutual Fund, ETF & securities/financial product research
- Development/Implementation of model portfolios & asset allocation strategies
- Monitoring and trading of portfolios utilizing trading tools
- Rebalancing
- Cost basis analysis
- Production of performance reports
- Perform trading on client accounts with oversight from Partners/FA
- 401(k) and qualified plan analysis
- Investment Committee Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy
- Engage in teamwork and teambuilding and integrate into the culture of the firm
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Series 7 and 66 securities licenses
- Life/Accident/Health Insurance license
- Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Performance Measures

- Completion of education and achievement of degrees and designations

- Knowledge of planning areas including financial planning, investments, taxes, estate planning, etc.
- Communicating with clients in an effective manner

Compensation
- Salary plus benefits
- Incentive compensation up to 10% of salary based on firm goals and partner discretion
